About Yoga

Yoga is an age old tradition rooted in loving kindness and joy.  It means “to yoke” or “to unify” and encourages students to explore the limitless potentials of the inner-self.  It helps cultivate harmony in both the body and mind and has the potential to change us on a cellular level.

People have been practicing this beautiful tradition for thousands of years; today yoga is widely accepted as a way to foster better physical and mental health and is even recommended by many physicians to help manage a multitude of discomforts and diseases.

Come to group classes or try a one-on-one session.  Never has anyone said “I wish I hadn’t gone to yoga today”. So start right where you are, just as you are, and give it a try. You’re going to love it!
